We plan your livestock investment together, from idea to field
We provide consulting with a single team, from land and pre-feasibility to animal health, from live animal import to the veterinary team, and from farm construction advice and slaughterhouse consulting through to commissioning. We bring the engineer's, the agronomist's and the veterinarian's view to the same table.
A large farm investment cannot be managed with a single area of expertise. An animal health decision affects the feed plan, the feed plan affects land use, land use affects the construction schedule, and the construction schedule affects the timing of imports. We handle these links together, not separately.
We come from the livestock sector. In consulting, our method is: real field data first, design second.
Consulting Services We Provide
1. Farm pre-feasibility and master plan
Land suitability (slope, water, access), land-use plan, balance between animal numbers and pasture/feed area, unit layout (feedlot, corral, quarantine, feed, waste), phased growth plan and risk list.
What you get: a mapped, numerical preliminary report you can base decisions on.
2. Animal health and biosecurity
Reflecting the region's disease burden (including infectious and vector-borne diseases) in the farm design; vaccination and preventive health programme; quarantine and sick-pen/treatment area design; adaptation plan for imported animals; mortality and performance monitoring.
3. Live animal import and logistics
Source country and breed selection, health and quarantine requirements, transport and insurance set-up, reception on arrival and adaptation. We bring our team's live animal import experience (see the team section) into this planning.
4. Veterinary and technical team set-up
Structure of chief veterinarian, field veterinarians and technical staff according to farm size, job descriptions, working model with locally licensed veterinarians, training plan.
5. Fattening, feed and water planning
Breed and ration, daily live weight gain targets, silage and roughage plan, irrigation and water budget, manure and waste management (dry scraping, compost, wastewater), backup power supply.
What you get: an operating plan built on your target performance and the feed-water balance.
Phased construction schedule, road-water-energy infrastructure, site equipment and crew planning, cost estimate based on a rough quantity take-off, alignment with local regulations and coordination with local contractors; consulting and site supervision during construction.
Our Farm Concept Projects
Concept project examples prepared for farms of different scales (sample concept images): 500-head, 1,000-head and 2,000-head modern enclosed-barn systems and a fully open-lot system.
Listening and data collection. Your goals, land, budget range, schedule.
Pre-feasibility. Mapped, numerical preliminary report; open risks and decision points.
Detailed design. Units, staffing, import and construction plan for the route you choose.
Implementation support. Site visits, coordination with local teams, first animal intake and commissioning (consulting only for the slaughterhouse).
At the end of each stage we provide a clear decision point and a written deliverable; the decision is yours.
